March 18, 2026 at 4:19 pmWe really enjoyed both the food and the ambience at Waterfall. The porchetta was a standout — perfectly crunchy skin with tender, juicy meat inside. The pasta was cooked beautifully and full of flavour, and the pizza was tasty with a great balance of toppings and crust. We ended the meal with their gelato, which was top-notch and a perfect finish.
The service was also excellent — the attendants were attentive and helpful, and our server knew the menu well and suggested dishes that suited our preferences perfectly. Overall, a very satisfying dining experience and a lovely place for a relaxed Italian meal.

March 18, 2026 at 4:19 pmAs it’s been a while since we went to Waterfall, I thought its good to revisit the restaurant as we have fond memories of the food and services. At that time (before Covid) service was excellent – staff were attentive and professional and ensure everything is all well taken care. Today, it was a total letdown from the food to the service! The bread came together with the main course and because of this, they have to clear the side plate in order to place the main course and left us eating the bread directly from the bread plate and place the unfinished portion back to the bread plate each time. When my daughter requested for butter, it came with a plate and the lady service staff has to place the butter on the table as there was no place to place the plate! And with butter served, no butter knife was provided until we have to ask for it. The food were served lukewarm and the steak was very dry even though I requested for well done but there were other restaurants who can still preserve the moisture of the steak even though its well done! My daughter ordered the vongole pasta and before she started, she realised that the fork was stained with melted cheese which was not washed properly! And for the pasta, they did not even provide a bowl to dispose the shelves and in the end, the plate is full of the clam shelves and she has to struggle to pick up the pasta? Please refer to the pictures below if you know what i meant. When we feedback to the Manager, he apologised for the overlook and I also feedback on the table size which is so SMALL to put any extra food if we wanted to order more! And the Manager just laugh off “haha small???”… Is the Manager trained to handle feedback?? I noticed he carried 2 cups of ice cream which he placed at the table and chat with 2 other staff and abt 5 mins later, the ice cream was served to us by a female service staff which we expected at least from the Manager personally as a gesture for the unpleasant dining. And I’m not sure why the ice cream were not served immediately but left at the table. What surprised me was its not even a metal spoon but a disposable wooden spoon? Is this from a 5 Star hotel restaurant?? And when the bill came, I was charged with $197 which i did a mental count & realise something amissed! When the staff came back with the bill, there were 4 glasses of wine being charged when it should be 2 glasses.
They void the 1st bill and the male service staff came to me and kind of remind me to check the bill and when I requested the void charge slip, he said he will give it to me in a very impatient tone!
This is one of our worst dining experience and truly disappointed that Waterfall food & service standard has dropped tremendously.
I hope the management can look into this seriously and ensure the service staff are well trained and demonstrate passion in their work!

Each course was left to Chef Simone’s creativity, and the result was a beautifully curated journey through flavors and textures. The dishes were inventive yet comforting, showcasing both skill and passion. Service from Chef Simone and his team was excellent—attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout the evening. It was a memorable dining experience that combined artistry with hospitality. Highly recommended!
