Han was amazing throughout the whole process. He wasn’t pushy at all, and you can genuinely tell he cares about finding the right home for his puppies rather than just making a sale. That really meant a lot to us.
After-sales service was top notch too. Even after we brought Kiki home, Han continued to check in and share helpful advice. As first-time pet owners, we had so many questions, and he patiently guided us through everything. His tips were practical and reassuring, which made the whole process much less stressful.
We also felt very assured knowing that he personally knows the overseas breeders he works with. The puppies are healthy and well cared for, and he clearly places strong emphasis on ethical breeding.
Highly recommend WhatUpDawg if you’re looking for a puppy and want to buy from someone who truly cares about both the dogs and their new families.

March 17, 2026 at 7:14 pmI’m so grateful to have met Han, the most genuine and passionate pet shop owner I’ve ever come across. This French Bulldog is truly one of the rarest and most beautiful you can find in Singapore — absolutely stunning and hard to come by!
Han clearly has a deep love for animals. He is patient, knowledgeable, and sincerely cares about the well-being of every puppy. He also raises many Frenchies himself, so you can really feel his expertise and dedication.
If you are looking for a healthy, gorgeous, and rare Frenchie, Han is the person to trust. Highly recommended! 💯🐶❤️

His help extended beyond what was expected as well, even after we brought our puppy home for a few months, he still actively responded to any questions we had. The puppy we bought from him was well trained and taken care of as well. We could feel that he really loves dogs. 10/10 would recommend purchasing your puppy from him.

Han has been incredibly helpful from day one — we even set up a WhatsApp group chat where he checks in regularly and make sure our pup is doing well. As first-time dog owners, this support has been invaluable.
Han also covered all the necessary vaccinations, which was really generous of him! On top of that, our pug came with a full starter kit including bowls, comb, food, treats, and all the essentials. It made settling in so much easier for us.
We’re really glad and fortunate to have gotten our pup from Whatupdawg. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get a dog, especially first-time owners!

March 17, 2026 at 7:14 pmWe got our fawn-coloured female pug from Han after seeing 2 different batches of pug imports from Australia. He’s patient, polite and overall a very chill guy. We came to see only pug puppies multiple times over 2 months and Han never once made us feel pressured to get one… He just wanted to help us find our forever dog. His updates and information was just enough – knowledgeable yet not pushy, and gave us our space to decide. The store is very clean and if you make an appointment and are a serious buyer, he lets you interact with the pups (very homey setting) for a considerable amount of time which is so important. You can also tell that his assistant, Danny, loves the dogs very much. He doesn’t stinge on his starter pack and threw in things he felt we needed based on how we intend to raise our little one. He continues to be very responsive with after service and we appreciate it so much. Thanks, Han and Danny!
