March 17, 2026 at 7:21 pmeveryone was very accommodating and understanding, would give me precise updates about bun bun and did everything they could to save him. so sad and unexpected, my whole family didn’t think or expect bun bun would collapse just like that as he was binkying and flopping just the day before.. wish they could’ve saved him as he was so young and healthy but i know his little body just couldn’t handle everything that happened within those two days. i hope bun bun’s last moments at the vet was peaceful and quiet.

March 17, 2026 at 7:21 pmNothing much to complain about so far. This was my first visit to West Side Veterinary Hospital. The waiting area was clean and peaceful. However, a couple of chairs or a bench outside would be good. The staff and vet, Dr. Tan Kaitlin, were professional at their jobs. Explanations of the procedures that needed to be done and test results were detailed and clearly explained. Our first visit at past 2000hrs on a Sunday evening were smooth. This is the nearest emergency hospital from where I live in the Northside.

March 17, 2026 at 7:21 pmYozi was brought to the emergency on Friday night. Even though we waited about 3 hours due to many critical cases, the staff were very patient, friendly, and caring. The Australian vet who attended to Yozi was kind and compassionate — she listened carefully, explained treatment options, and comforted me when I got emotional seeing him hospitalised for the first time.
The next day, the nurses were detailed and caring, and another vet took time to explain everything clearly. Even after discharge, the team responded quickly when I called about his medication. They also sent me a sweet photo of Yozi during his stay.
Although the fees are slightly higher, the care, professionalism, and compassion from the Westside team are truly top-notch. This is why we always trust them with Yozi. Thank you for taking such good care of my furbaby! ❤️

March 17, 2026 at 7:21 pmThe vets and nurses were super fast with helping me and my rabbit. Everyone was calm and compassionate and understanding towards my concerns and needs. My rabbit was admitted for 18 hours and to my understanding was under the care of 3 different doctors, I only managed to speak to 2 of them as I missed a call at 6am, but all the vets were super informed about the details on everything, even my financial concerns and gave me different recommendations so I can make the best choice for my rabbit. Also the nurses gave me really detailed updates on the current conditions and even the mood of my rabbit. The level of care was really way above what I expected. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my baby and picking up my calls so many time throughout the night

March 17, 2026 at 7:21 pmExcellent services provided especially the 12 hourly updates given by Dr and/or nurses, flexibility in terms of visiting hours, and regular photo updates via WhatsApp. All staff are professional, caring and friendly. I can see that staff teamwork are superb, information regarding my little baby are being handed over accurately.
