Thank you so much Vet central for treating Savage and with such great care. Receptionist Brenda was so kind, empathetic and efficient in answering our questions and slotting us in last minute. We were both very anxious and worried so we appreciated her help greatly. Doctor Celine is just wonderful, the sterilisation for our previous bunny (Milo) went very smoothly so when our second (Savage) needed help we only trusted Dr Celine. She explained everything to us in such great detail and gave us several options to choose from moving forward. In the meantime while we are deciding on how to move forward, the team made a splint for Savage. Savage is our darling so knowing that he is well taken care of and experiencing much less pain really puts our heart at ease. The fees were also very reasonable and we appreciated the kind waiver of half day stay since we had to go to work halfway before picking our bunny. I’m very grateful to Dr. Wendy and her team for the care they gave to my rabbit. She went through three surgeries (dental osteotomy, spay + teeth filing), and while she sadly passed away after the fourth, I truly felt she was in the best hands throughout. Dr. Wendy and her team were extremely competent, gentle, and attentive to her needs. Despite the heartbreaking outcome, my overall experience was excellent, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to fellow rabbit owners who want their pets to be cared for with professionalism and compassion.

Dr Christine was amazing at reassuring me numerous times, and despite there being several other people outside waiting, she patiently answered all my questions, and I never once felt rushed. All the staff were kind and patient, and kept the facility very clean. Prices are steep, but they’re an expert team of specialists, so I was grateful they succeeded in my dog’s complicated dental surgery, especially since another vet failed once before. Only gripe I had was that I was not informed of my dog’s well-being even long after the surgery was complete. I was so worried that I had to call in to check, only to hear my dog already wide awake and barking.
