      I had a fantastic experience training at Tribody Fitness while I was visiting Singapore.

      I joined a variety of classes and had the opportunity to train with several instructors, including Yang (Build Dusk), Lionel (Prime & Flow Dusk), Terence (Kettlebell Performance and Build Daylight), and Carol (Prime & Flow Daylight).

      Every trainer was highly experienced, professional, and very approachable. They took time at the start of each session to clearly demonstrate and explain the exercises, always began with a proper warm-up, and ended with a thoughtful cool-down.

      What really stood out was how attentive the trainers were throughout the class. They walked around to correct form and technique, offered alternatives for different fitness levels, and created an environment that felt welcoming and supportive for everyone. The music was also great and added to the energy of each session!

      I’m especially grateful to Lionel, who took the time to chat after class and gave me excellent advice on diet and exercise, and to Carol for being so friendly and encouraging.

      I would highly recommend Tribody Fitness to anyone looking for well-structured, high-quality training in a positive atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Singapore! : )

      I just started PT and have truly enjoyed my sessions with Terence – they are fun and effective even though they take me out of my comfort zone. Terence is an excellent and motivating coach. He breaks down the steps, takes the effort to explain what muscles/joints we are training and provides constructive suggestions for improvement. The exercises are interesting and Terence has been so generous with me – I can feel he really wants to help me become stronger and more confident. Most importantly, he does not treat me like a patient (despite previous injuries) – he sets high expectations, and equips me with the requisite skills. In that process, I realised how strong I actually am!

      Terence’s training as a strength and conditioning coach combined with osteopathy is a very unique one – I don’t experience too much soreness post-sessions. His approach nicely embodies Tribody Fitness’ philosophy (“It’s who you are”) – each session is truly customised for clients so that fitness can be practised in a fun and sustainable way. In the past week, I have done exercises which I wouldn’t have thought possible – the surge of energy and sense of achievement when I walk out of the gym is indescribable.

      All these occur in the beautiful space which houses Tribody Fitness – such a unique gym designed to nurture body awareness. Thank you Terence, Tribody Fitness and Carol for being so welcoming. Before I joined, I was rather apprehensive. Terence has completely changed all that – I can’t wait for my next session! Highly recommend!

      Update (3 months later): Just started small group training with Carol. Taking baby steps – it’s an amazing experience; to see my own progress and to exercise with others! The Tribody coaches modify the exercises to suit your individual needs, take the time to know and connect with you. This is rare and underrated in today’s world where many are in a rush. Love the fun and energetic workouts. Thank you, Terence and Carol – for accepting me just as I am – and helping me become stronger!

      Great gym with very knowledgeable & encouraging trainers. The classes are small and there’s plenty of personal attention for all. I joined this gym after a long hiatus from any kind of workouts – the exercises are different each class and fun to learn & practice. The trainers help adapt it according to your fitness level. Definitely recommend 💪🏻

      Attended a morning class with Carol. Super friendly and welcoming gym suited for all levels of fitness. Coach Carol did a great job leading the group session. Really had a great time. Highly recommended. Will return next time I’m in town.

      Living in the Bay Area US and visiting family in Singapore for 2 weeks, I needed a gym I can work out everyday during my stay.

      In Tribody Fitness not only was I fortunate to find a gym I also found a community of like
      minded folks along a team of knowledgeable instructors Ann + Hansel who not only took the time to walk me thru the science and purpose behind each workout, they also made sure that I was handling the equipment and doing each exercise properly.

      I liked that the workouts are varied everyday, and they were extremely effective in targeting my core, glutes, hamstrings, and muscle groups I never knew existed. I also enjoyed the camaraderie – everyone was so supportive, encouraging and pushing each other to succeed And I loved the pumping music selection during class, they really got us moving!

      Thank you Ann, Hansel, Carol and Tribody Fitness for making me feel so welcomed, thank you for the tote bag and for making me part of your community while keeping me in shape, I will definitely return whenever I’m back in Singapore.
