if i could give infinite stars i would. we stumbled across rascals end 2025, and we went in looking at another puppy. that puppy ended up going to another home, but we were so impressed by chloe that we knew our puppy had to come from her. she shows the utmost care and dedication for all her puppies and trusting her was the right choice. she helped us find our princess cocobella, and we know that we can reach out to her if we ever had any questions. the environment was very well maintained, one thing that stood out was that the puppies were always kept in open air playpens. they were not kept in cages at any point, and they are all well socialised with each other and humans. bonus point for us was that coco came almost fully potty trained!

We first found The Little Rascals because our relative adopted a puppy from them. Once we went, we immediately understood why they are so highly recommended!

When we reached, the shop was super clean and very bright. There is no pet shop smell at all, which shows they are extremely dedicated in taking care of the animals.

The puppies inside were so happy and playful. You can tell they are all raised with a lot of love! I was genuinely impressed that the young dogs already know how to sit and are so well-behaved with the potty training. Their sweet faces melted our hearts right away.

The best part was the staff, especially Chloe and Lynette. They are not just selling dogs; they are super passionate pet lovers and know their stuff well. What impressed us most was their patience: they let us play with the puppies for a full two hours even before we made a decision. They are not pushy at all and gave us the time we needed. Since we are first-time owners, we were quite blur and nervous. But they were very patient, teaching us every single thing about taking care of a puppy, giving us many good tips.

Thanks to their great support, we felt confident to make the big decision and joyfully brought home our beautiful Corgi puppy!

This is easily one of the best and most ethical pet stores in Singapore. The atmosphere in the shop is warm and welcoming — it’s clear that the dogs are genuinely happy, healthy, and well cared for.

Chloe and Lyn are incredibly knowledgeable about puppy care and clearly familiar with each puppy’s background. What impressed us even more is that they go above and beyond by introducing basic training from a young age (things like sitting and using a pee tray) to help each pup transition smoothly into their new home.

Bringing home our Cavapoo, Scotch, was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We’re so glad we found not just a lovely addition to our family (and second dog), but also an ethical pet store that truly cares.
