We had such an amazing experience at The Fluffy Hut! Rachel and Adrian were incredibly helpful — never pushy, and they gave us all the time and space we needed to make our decision. As first-time pet owners, we had a lot of questions, but they were so informative and reassuring that we left feeling confident and prepared to care for our new bunnies.
Rachel was especially sweet — she even helped entertain my toddler while we were there, which made the whole process even more enjoyable and stress-free.

You can really tell that they genuinely care about their animals and want the best for both the pets and their future owners. We’re so happy to be bringing home two bunnies as the newest members of our family!

We had a great experience at the fluffy hut! Rachel was friendly, welcoming and patiently answered our queries. She gave us sufficient time and space for us to connect with the bunnies for us to decide which little ones to bring home. We went to another rabbit store prior and the interaction with the staff was lacklustre and transactional, which was totally different at the fluffy hut! ❤️

We got our two guinea pigs from The Fluffy Hut and had such a wonderful experience. Rachel was super patient and kind, letting my kids spend time with the piggies before deciding. My daughter eventually settled on the names Maple and Sable! As first-time guinea pig owners, we had a lot of questions, and Rachel gave us really good advice and patiently answered everything. She clearly cares deeply about the wellbeing of the piggies and even made sure that our home setup would be suitable for them. You can tell the animals are well looked after! Maple and Sable are healthy, active, and have settled in beautifully. We’ve even seen them doing their adorable zoomies a few times! The shop is clean, and the overall service was warm and reassuring. Highly recommend The Fluffy Hut if you’re looking for a small pet!
