Table Notes
March 18, 2026 at 3:46 pmThe weekend free flow brunch here is one of the most lively brunch experiences in Singapore. Located high above the city, the restaurant offers stunning panoramic views which already set the tone for a fun weekend afternoon.
The brunch has a great party atmosphere. DJs, vibrant music and an energetic crowd make it feel more like a celebration than a typical brunch. The menu reflects the restaurant’s signature fusion style, blending Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian flavours into creative dishes served throughout the meal.
The free flow drinks are a big highlight. Depending on the package, you can enjoy endless champagne, wines, cocktails, spirits and beer while you eat. It definitely adds to the festive mood and makes it easy to settle in for a long, relaxed brunch with friends.
Food is served across several courses along with live stations and sharing plates, so there is always something new arriving at the table. Expect a mix of sushi, robata grilled dishes and Latin inspired plates that keep the experience interesting.
Overall it is a fantastic weekend brunch if you are looking for something lively rather than quiet. Great views, free flowing drinks, fun music and a celebratory atmosphere make it a perfect way to start the weekend with friends. 🍾🎶

March 18, 2026 at 3:46 pmGo to L2 to take a lift to L37 and transfer to another lift to L52.
When I arrived at the reception, I was being greeted with 2 friendly staffs and after they checked my reevaluation, they brought me back n my table. I was attracted with the great view & nice ambiences.
The Spinach salad was so refreshing and appetizing.
the Lobster crispy taquitos were also very good, crispy outside with full flavourful filling.
Seafood Cazuela was also very unique in taste and lots of fresh seafood.
Australian Angus Tenderloin spicy soy, foie gras, we had it medium done, for the first bite, I find it over flavoured as the sauce was salty for me but as I chew the meat, I could tasted the raw bloody taste in the middle and it’ blended well with the sauce at the end.
Overall experience was great, I will come again for other dishes.

March 18, 2026 at 3:46 pmNot sure where to begin — perhaps we Indians are a little spoilt for choice when it comes to dining and cocktails.
Our experience at Sushisamba was, unfortunately, fairly average. From the cocktails to the starters and mains, nothing truly stood out.
Having enjoyed some exceptional cocktails across India, I found the one here a bit too sweet, with the sugar syrup overpowering the balance of flavours.
We ordered the broccoli, gyoza, empanada, ribs, and steak. While the broccoli was pleasant, the gyoza and empanada felt somewhat generic and lacked freshness. The ribs and steak, unfortunately, were slightly chewy, which took away from the overall experience.
That said, the ambience and view are undeniably beautiful and create a wonderful setting. With a bit more attention to flavour, texture, and finesse, the food could truly match the stunning atmosphere.

March 18, 2026 at 3:46 pmEvery dish was yummy and great. Highlights were the Sea bream ceviche, Octopus and Black Cod for me!! Great place for dinner celebration with the amazing samba dance performance
The Australian Wagyu Sirloin was slightly disappointing as it was a little tough for our liking (had it medium rare) and had some tendon or chewy bits that we couldn’t bite through.
Desserts were amazing, love the chocolate fondant!!

March 18, 2026 at 3:46 pmThe panoramic views from the restaurant is absolutely breathtaking.
The food were mostly good;
– Tofu tacquito was packed with many layers of flavour, and the tofu was so soft and smooth.
– Seviche was quite sour but appetising
– Sushi rolls were a bit small but a nice bite
Do note the restaurant plays upbeat latin music, and has a fun vibe. Would not recommended if you’re looking for a place for quiet and deep conversations ☺️
