I’m so happy with my haircut today☺️, thanks to my amazing stylist Jin!

I was new to this salon, so I didn’t have any expectations. I called ahead and came in about 45 minutes, and thankfully, I still got a good service.

I already had a hairstyle in mind, so it only took Jin 2 minutes after I showed him the video to understand what I wanted for my hair. Honestly, the whole process was a breeze, and Jin was clearly confident in cutting my hair. He clearly knew his stuff when it came to 90s/blow-out hairstyles. And I’m happy with the result, I’ll definitely come back for maintenance trims and not to mention they have very reasonable prices.

I visited this salon last Saturday and had a haircut, down perm, and fringe perm with Jin, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results!! 😁😁
Jin took the time to understand my face shape and gave me a precise, clean cut that looks very sophisticated.
Actually, I’ve always struggled with my side hair sticking out, but Jin executed the down perm perfectly. It looks so sleek and natural.
I wanted natural volume without it looking over-the-top, and it came out exactly how I imagined. It has made my morning styling routine so much easier!
Jin was incredibly meticulous and attentive throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a stylist who truly listens to your needs and has great technical skills, I highly recommend Jin!! Thank you so much for the amazing transformation!! 😘😘

I love my new hair so much!! It’s exactly what I wanted (maybe even better 🥹). My stylist was incredibly talented and made the whole appointment such a fun and comfortable experience. Definitely found my new go-to salon!

Kay is an incredible stylist. From the moment I sat in the chair, I felt listened to and understood. Kay took the time to talk through what would work best for my hair and absolutely delivered. The attention to detail, skill, and welcoming atmosphere made the whole visit a fantastic experience. I left feeling refreshed and more confident than ever. I can’t recommend Kay enough.

I’ve been here a couple of times it was great until recently and today was the WORST experience ever. My hair looks like it got bitten by my dog it is so so badly done. Length, layering and thickness of left and right is way off. Curtain bangs was terribly done too. I can’t even describe it and now I’ve to live with this ugly hairdo for god knows how long!!! (I asked for a short hairstyle btw, so I can’t even hide it by tying it up)

The hairdresser can’t even understand English. I even showed a photo. He cut it 1.5” shorter than I requested. It’s a short hairstyle so 1.5” is a huge difference!!! It’s so ugly I can’t even add photos for reference….

Update: Called in and asked for a correction. Service recovery is good. Bella did what she could to correct it. Hairstyle is still different from what I wanted but at least I look human again!! Thank you, Bella!
