Hello everyone. Just would like to share and support this place. Food is affordable, I bought the items below for about $55. 2 ctns(48 tins) of kitcat wet food and temptations. They also provide free sample of cat food.

By supporting them with purchases in their shop, they are able to allocate some funds to help with the care of the cats. These cats are abandoned/injured and they willingly bring them in to treat and give some care. However they are tight on space as brought in too many cats. They also have cats that are up for adoption if you are interested. They asked me if i could bring back 1 or 2 since i already have cats. But I couldn’t take in as I already have 2 cats.

Hope to get some support for our local shop that has been caring for these cats

Firstly, i want to highlight that this isn’t a malicious review. I gave seller enough time (More than 48hrs) to make this right for me yet was met with their care less attitude for this plight i was in and they even raised this issue on Shopee demanding for the product to be returned which delayed Shopee on reviewing my case. They blamed the 3rd party logistic which is fine, carried on to explain that replacement cost is born by themselves- But am i not paying you for the food?

I will not be buying from this seller anymore n you should too. Was shipped a box of atas catfood that has a damaged can with MAGGOTS and FLIES yet seller wants to salvage the remaining of the contaminated cans to resell to you all unaware cat owners, instead of throwing it away.

The rotten box has been sitting on my corridor since Saturday till today Thurs because seller insisted on a return before i can get my refund. My corridor smells really bad and how this was handled was a huge disappointment.

I have also reported this incident to the health authorities. Being forced to keep a box of maggots in my home and bearing with the rotting smell is not acceptable.

Ethical sellers would have asked to discard entire contents and NOT ask for a return. I did provide seller videos of the maggots too!

In January, I placed an urgent order for my soya cat litter via the online portal. There was an initial hiccup where I waited one week and there was no response or confirmation, despite making full payment. After reaching out to them, to my horror, i was told the item was out of stock.

I’d like to compliment them with my fullest heart as they showed exemplary service recovery, by offering me solution to my urgent needs, while waiting for the shipment to arrive to SG. All in all, they have turned a difficult situation dealing with an angry customer, to someone who keep to their word to fulfill my order.
