March 18, 2026 at 3:47 pmCelebrated my partner’s birthday at Seroja and had such an amazing evening. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was warm and welcoming, and it stayed that way right till the end of the meal.
The food was stunning from the start, every course was beautifully done and felt like a real celebration of Nusantara flavours. Thoughtful, bold, and really memorable.
Big shoutout to Mira and Hidayat, and the rest of the Seroja team, for taking such great care of us and making the night extra special. Definitely an experience we’ll remember and one we’d highly recommend.

March 18, 2026 at 3:47 pmWell-deserved Michelin star!
After trying and comparing different Michelin restaurants, I have to say that Seroja is the best of them all. As a Malaysian, I was honestly skeptical at first about how the dishes would turn out, but it completely blew my mind. You can taste the passion and effort Chef Wong puts into every course — each dish has its own unique flavour profile, and every bite hits perfectly.
The dish that touched my heart the most was the duck. Chef Wong personally shared how much work goes into sourcing fresh ingredients, and you can truly taste that dedication. It was incredibly impressive.
On top of that, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely sincere — you can feel that they really care about the guest experience.
I’ve been to a few Michelin 2-star restaurants in Singapore, and to be honest, some of them were the worst meals I’ve had. but Seroja deserves even more than one star. An unforgettable experience.

March 18, 2026 at 3:47 pmWe had a wonderful experience dining at Seroja to celebrate my birthday. It was truly a memorable evening at this fine Malaysian restaurant.
The chef is exceptionally talented in elevating beloved Malaysian flavours into a world-class fine-dining experience, while still preserving the soul and authenticity of the cuisine. Every dish was thoughtfully executed, and we genuinely enjoyed each and every course.
The small bites appetisers, Assam pedas prawn, fish and abalone, and the lamb steak were our favourites — beautifully balanced, full of depth, and done extremely well.
The service was equally outstanding. The service crew provided very warm and personalised attention throughout the meal. I was especially touched to receive a personalised birthday message on my menu, and impressed by the team’s attentiveness to fine details — they even noticed that I’m left-handed and arranged my glasses and cutlery accordingly.
Overall, a truly impressive dining experience from both the kitchen and the service team. Highly recommended for a special occasion.

March 18, 2026 at 3:47 pmWhile many restaurateurs focus on the initial ‘wow’ factor, the true magic often happens over a series of interactions, culminating in what many in the industry refer to as the ‘Three-Visit Rule’. Seroja somehow has successfully performed this magic to me ❤️
After my first visit in June 2024, I dined at Seroja in September 2024 and September 2025 again (basically every time I visit Singapore). True to say, the first visit was about curiosity, the second visit was about confirmation, and the third visit was about habit formation.
It is my very first exposure to the Malay Archipelago cuisine. Seroja has set the bar too high for other similar restaurants. I appreciate Chef Kevin Wong’s commitment to using locally sourced produce from both Singapore and Malaysia to shine a spotlight on the rich flavours of Southeast Asia.
It is very difficult to pick my favourite dish when every dish is a definite 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I cannot wait to witness more achievements of Seroja. Keep up the good work 👍
See you next time 🙂

March 18, 2026 at 3:47 pmA memorable and wonderful experience at Seroja! It was our first time here, and we’re already planning our next visit. Every single dish was expertly prepared using the freshest ingredients, from the textured small bites to the chewy, charred scallops, ohhh the hearty braised beef in chicken broth, and the creamy Johorean butter 💯! You can really see the effort they put into being as sustainable as possible 👍👏
