March 18, 2026 at 4:19 pmThe linguine bolognese was tasty with a generous serving of minced pork and the sauce was very flavourful. The fish and chips was fresh, crispy and fragrant that paired very well with the fries. The churros were absolutely delicious — perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They had a warm cinnamon sugar coating that wasn’t overly sweet, which made them really satisfying to eat. The ice cream paired beautifully with the churros, adding a creamy and refreshing contrast to the warm pastry. Overall, the staffs were friendly, ambience is great and food is delicious, would highly recommend!!

March 18, 2026 at 4:19 pmVery clean interior. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious and innovation. I especially enjoyed the Fried Ice Cream and Banana Cake. The warm banana walnut cake was slightly burned for the crispy texture and the charred taste which adds layers to the flavours. The coconut ice cream was fried to a delicious crisp and the coconut taste was very distinctive. I also ordered the Lasagna Verde and enjoyed the Burrata on the side very much. I love the fillings; three types of mushrooms, baby spinach, herbs, cheddar & mozzarella. Every ingredient blended well together for flavours and aesthetic.

March 18, 2026 at 4:19 pmI thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at Seng House 🙌🏻 The menu was unique and all the dishes I ordered were on point.
1. Duck Confit
The meat was tender and flavourful. Went really well with the baby carrots and feta mash potato!
2. Crabmeat Carrot Cake
Felt so luxurious having carrot cake with crabmeat compared to the usual ones! This was also served with homemade chili which tasted similar to lao gan ma and I really enjoyed this.
3. Fried Ice Cream and Banana Cake
My favourite item of the night! The banana walnut cake was warm which paired really well with the cold and decadent ice cream. Will come back again for this!!!
If you are looking for a interesting twist to the usual western food, this is a place I highly recommend 👍👍👍

March 18, 2026 at 4:19 pmDropped by Seng House and really liked how understated yet thoughtful everything was.
We went with a few dishes to share. The Crabmeat Carrot Cake was honestly very well done — crispy without being greasy, and the crabmeat wasn’t just for show. Comfort food, but elevated.
The Bao’d were soft and pillowy, and you can tell care was put into the fillings. Nothing overly fancy, just clean flavours done right.
The Pork & Satay had a nice smoky char, and the sauce complemented the meat instead of overpowering it. Simple, satisfying, and easy to enjoy.
The biggest surprise for me was the Lasagna Verde. Rich but not heavy, and the burrata on top added a really nice creamy balance. It felt indulgent without being too much.
Had the Apple Crisp Kombucha alongside the meal — refreshing, light, and not sweet at all. A good palate cleanser especially with richer dishes.
Overall, Seng House feels like a neighbourhood spot you’d keep coming back to. Good food, relaxed atmosphere, and a menu that feels thoughtfully put together. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

March 18, 2026 at 4:19 pmLovely dinner at Seng House on a Saturday evening.
After a rather lacklustre dinner elsewhere, we popped by Seng House for dessert. Despite the crowd, the space never felt squeezy thanks to well-spaced tables and the large outdoor area. We were seated at the alfresco section as we had our dog with us. It was breezy and cooling, with great air circulation, though occasional fumes from nearby eateries drifted by.
Desserts and drinks arrived quickly and were excellent. The fried ice cream was pure nostalgia, while the coconut ice cream paired beautifully with the banana cake. The espresso martini was decent, but not something I would order again. Tempted by the aromas from nearby tables, we ended up ordering a second dinner.
The hor fun delivered nostalgic, and the fish and chips came in generous portions.
Overall, it was a relaxed, enjoyable evening soaking in the vibe. Will definitely return.
