You can tell she cares about your needs and not just about selling you the most expensive treatment. My therapist Alice was a true professional and let me experience a really soothing and restorative session. My skin feels great and I will definitely be back 🙂

March 19, 2026 at 11:10 amLovely, cozy atmosphere right in the heart of Katong. The moment you step in, you feel relaxed and welcomed. I brought my mum for her first eyebrow embroidery session, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The owner was patient, professional, and took the time to explain every step, which really put her at ease. She was absolutely thrilled with the results and her brows look so natural and beautifully shaped!
The service was attentive and thoughtful from start to finish. We’re already looking forward to trying their facial treatments next. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service in a warm and comfortable setting!

Had a great facial at Sage and Fawn. I’m a guy with very dry skin, and Hailie was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience very comfortable. She tailored the treatment to my skin concerns and explained everything clearly.
The facial was relaxing and effective — my skin felt deeply hydrated and refreshed afterward. Clean, calming space and excellent service. Highly recommend booking with Hailie.

March 19, 2026 at 11:10 amQuick service, asked for availability around 3pm and got a slot for 5pm on a Saturday! Loved the atmosphere, it was quaint and I felt very comfortable throughout. The recommended treatment (Apple stem cell) left my skin is radiating. Alice was super professional and did not hard sell me 🙂

March 19, 2026 at 11:10 amHad a bad experience with them as had a first appointment planned and the store was closed when I arrive. Texted on WhatsApp to see what had happened, only to find out the therapist was out for lunch and was asked to wait 20min which I refused. Found out later on that this happened because they misread the appointment time (was booked for the following day instead).
The mistake in itself would have been acceptable but the poor recovery and customer service was what put me off. Did not offer to help me reschedule to another time that suited me but just told me I still had my appointment that was wrongly booked (which I was unable to make). It’s a shame because they rest of the reviews for the place were very glowing but am put off from rebooking after this experience.
