Service was lukewarm. Not cold. But not super enthusiastic either. Most staff ignored me except for one who then asked me what I wanted. When I left one staff said thank you and goodbye so that was good.

The cake I had was horrible though. From the video you can see that the frosting was rich hard. The Midnight PBJ cake was dry. There was not much peanut butter flavour even though you can see the brown bits. The Raspberry flavour probably dominated.

The decor was ok, with Christmas vibes. Several customers were bunking there doing work etc.

Don’t think I’d like to come back. Micro bakery red house, just nearby, is much better.

I’ve been coming back because the coffee is genuinely good and used to be a decent size for the price. However, I noticed that the coffee size has significantly shrunk compared to a month ago (photos taken one month apart). It’s quite disappointing as that was one of the main reasons I kept returning.

I also ordered a muffin during my recent visit, and it was served cold and didn’t meet expectations.

Hope the team can look into this, as I really enjoyed the cafe previously and would love to continue supporting it.

Ordered 2 long black with milk at the side, one using the beans of the month but the server not the barista indicated which’s which.
Side milk had to be requested despite clicking this option during online order.

The cafe wasn’t too packed at 9am in the morning and there were sufficient staff but service was relatively slow (perhaps to serve all the bales together?).

Food wise, i haven’t been in awhile so was very pleased that there was a refresh in menu so had a variety of options to choose from.

However, most sandwiches were unavailable so there’s limited choices if you’re looking for savoury options.
