I had such a wonderful experience at NEAU! 🌿

I loved how they used natural ingredients during the facial—it felt so gentle yet effective on my skin

The space itself was sooo clean and aesthetic, as if I was transported to a whole new dimension ✨

Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for both relaxation and results!

I had a wonderful first-time experience at this facial salon. The treatment was reasonably priced at $69, with the option to add $50 for a more hydrating upgrade. I appreciated the detailed skin analysis. It clearly highlighted both my skin’s strengths and areas that could use extra care.

Dawn was professional, gentle, and genuinely pleasant to be around. She made me feel comfortable right from the start, and I loved that there was absolutely no hard-selling. I left feeling calm, refreshed, and completely at ease. The salon itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and exudes a serene, welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning for my next session. Thank you Dawn 🙂

I moved to this area (and Singapore) and have trying out different facials places and this one has been my favorite! Before I got my facial, they did a skin analysis on me and they did not any upselling on me for more treatments.

I got the basic facial with Dawn and it was so relaxing. My face felt so soft and hydrated. I got a head massage and during the sheet mask treatment Dawn gave me a shoulder massage which was a wonderful treat!

The space was so beautiful and I loved that it was nice quick maintenance facial that still felt luxurious.

From the moment I stepped into Neau, I was transported into a calming oasis. The tasteful, neutral-toned interior immediately set a serene atmosphere, making it feel like another world away from the city’s rush.

It was my first visit, drawn in by the beautiful storefront, and I’m so glad I walked in. My beauty therapist, Karen, was incredibly patient and gentle, never once pushy about products or services, which made the experience all the more comfortable.

After my session, I was led to a charming tea area where artisan teas were thoughtfully served, adding a lovely finishing touch to the experience. I felt so relaxed and cared for that I booked my next appointment right away.

The place is neat and well maintained with a calming atmosphere in the treatment room that immediately puts me in the mood for some well deserved skin pampering. Their products feel gentle on the skin with a light and lovely scent. The facial treatment was thorough. I appreciate Andrea’s service with her soft and gentle hands.

Hopefully they would offer good promotions for those that would book direct for returning customers, instead of using other platforms.
