I only have good things to share about Mutiara. First visit and won’t be the last. We were early for lunch, service was quick and food came out very quickly as well.

The food was really good. Every dish was tasty, I personally thought the fish and the hor fun was outstanding.

Staff was attentive and also helpful. We were celebrating a happy occasion and this meal really made occasion a happy one.

We recently hosted our company Chinese New Year dinner at Mutiara Seafood on 24 February and had a very good experience. The restaurant was fully booked that evening, yet the service remained smooth and attentive.

The food quality was excellent and every dish was enjoyed by my colleagues.

Although we were seated outdoors on the second level, the space was wide, well sheltered, and had great air circulation — almost like being indoors. It was even raining that evening, but we remained very comfortable.

The team also kindly accommodated a last-minute birthday celebration for our boss with a lovely display of almond tofu and jelly, which was a thoughtful touch.

Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience. Being under the trusted Jumbo Seafood brand certainly shows in the quality and service. I would happily recommend Mutiara Seafood for group gatherings or company dinners.

I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional, with Mr. Kanna and his team being very responsive to our needs. The food was outstanding—full of rich, authentic flavors, and the portion sizes were ample. The ambiance was warm and inviting, ideal for a special family celebration.
I strongly recommend trying the Signature Chilli Crab and the Steamed Live Lobster with egg white and mushroom sauce. They were absolutely delightful. Highly recommend.

Have frequented this place for many years now and I can say the standard has not dropped a single bit and we had great food. Staff is also extremely attentive to your needs and warm throughout our meal. Big thanks to Kanna and Arkar for attending to us yesterday 31st Jan for lunch.

Picked this jumbo place as we friends who don’t eat pork. Thought wouldn’t measure up to normal jumbo standards but the food is surprisingly nearly as sumptuous. We didn’t order chilli crabs but order the bread with just chilli crab sauce instead, and enjoyed it a lot. Other dishes also pass musters. The Ipoh boy serving us was most obliging and helpful. All in, no complaints. Highly recommended for Muslim and non pork eating patrons.
