March 18, 2026 at 4:22 pmHad an amazing meal at Lola’s Cafe! We tried their limited specials and everything really impressed us. The pork ribs with mac & cheese were tender and flavourful, and the mac & cheese was rich and comforting without being too heavy. The mushroom ravioli was done really well too, earthy and nicely balanced. The highlight for us was the Honey Paprika Crispy Wings, honestly amazing, crispy on the outside with so much flavour. Overall the food was exceptional, easily one of those meals you keep thinking about after. Definitely coming back again!

A perennial favourite and I am so glad we walked in and found a nice cosy space.
Food & Beverages were amazing. Feeling Japandi, I went for the Salmon Avocado Quinoa bowl with Matcha Latte. Best choice. Super oiishi!

March 18, 2026 at 4:22 pmGreat pork ribs! Miso Salmon is not really my thing cuz the quinoa is a bit too dry & not much sauce from salmon either. Honey paprika chicken wings is average. Will reorder pork ribs next time and not miso salmon/honey paprika chicken wings.
Great service, although it’s a busy Wed evening, everything is served quite quick, and the staff are very attentive.

March 18, 2026 at 4:22 pmThere was a queue outside when I reached about 12.30pm but thankfully I managed to get a table in 10 minutes cos I went alone so a table for 2 was available. You might want to consider getting a reservation if you are going at peak hours with a group.
I tried the crab cake benedict ($20++), honey paprika crispy wings ($13++), iced matcha latte ($7.5++), and sea salt chocolate tart ($7.5++).
My favourite dish was the wings and I can see/taste why it’s popular cos it’s nicely seasoned and I didn’t get sick of it even after eating 8 of them, and it remained crispy even though it took me some time to finish that and the CCB.
Speaking of which, the CCB was a unique dish and I like the texture and taste of the crab cake, and the egg was deliciously runny (maybe it’s a bit pricey though I think that’s about the market rate these days?). The matcha latte was just alright and the tart was a nice combi of sweet dark chocolate with the sea salt though I would have preferred if the texture was softer/more gooey type of chocolate.
Service was good and I appreciate that free water was provided. The place is small so it was very noisy as it’s packed with people.

March 18, 2026 at 4:22 pmDefinitely a must try. So near our home too. The Xmas ribs abit too much sauce and oily but definitely won over by the mac and cheese
Duck confitti is a plus. Crispy skin and delicate meat.
The salad is so so (not quite fresh vegetables used)
