March 18, 2026 at 3:47 pmWent for brunch at Le Pristine @ Grand Hyatt, $135 per pax, and overall it was worth it.
It feels like a Sunday brunch but at the next level. Every dish feels intentionally designed to bring out the flavours of the ingredients. Nothing tastes random and the combinations actually work and are quite harmonious.
The Le Pristine fish soup was a standout. Seafood was cooked perfectly and the broth was deep and flavourful. It reminded me of Spanish paella but in soup form, or even like a refined version of Chinese pao fan.
The seafood bar is a must-try. Oysters were very fresh, and there were creative dishes like scallop crudo with buttermilk and yuzu, which was light and well-balanced.
A slight letdown was the pork belly bao with peanut. It tasted like a Vietnamese bánh mì but the flavours didn’t really come together for me. The Black Angus flank steak was cooked nicely and the béarnaise sauce was good, but somehow the dish didn’t really bring out the beef’s flavour.
Ambience was okay, with a DJ playing music to set the mood. Free-flow wine is included, and there’s a wide variety of cocktails available at additional cost.
Overall, good quality food with a nice range. Not every dish was a hit, but for $135 per pax, I’d say it’s good value and worth trying.

March 18, 2026 at 3:47 pmLoved our experience at Le Pristine, located inside the Grand Hyatt Singapore. The restaurant is stunning modern, elegant and beautifully designed and the food was outstanding. The menu offers creative Italian-inspired dishes, all full of flavour and presented with so much care.
We also had the wine pairing, which was excellent and elevated the whole experience. Service was professional, attentive and very friendly, and the cocktails were another highlight.
A refined and memorable dining experience.
Highly recommend.

March 18, 2026 at 3:47 pmHad the Sunday Supper buffet and it was phenomenal! Each of the dishes were beautifully plated and freshly prepared with high-quality ingredients, elevating the magical flavours of each dish. It definitely felt more like fine dining, than a buffet with generous unlimited servings.
The ambience and music with a live DJ provided great vibes, while service the entire night was prompt and friendly. Special thanks to Kodie and his team for their exceptional service with big smiles, and diligently checking in on us throughout our dinner.
My friend and I will definitely return once the menu is refreshed. We highly recommend Le Pristine for a memorable meal!

March 18, 2026 at 3:47 pmWe recently celebrated my wife’s birthday at Le Pristine and had a wonderful evening. The meal started with a selection of freshly baked bread served with butter and olive oil — simple, comforting, and well executed. The Irish Mór Oysters were exceptionally fresh, especially the version topped with vinaigrette and garnishes that added a refreshing lift.
The Gambero Rosso, with foie gras and caviar, was rich and well balanced, while the scallops with Yuzu offered a bright contrast with their light and tangy sauce. The Le Pristine Signature seafood orecchiette was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and the spring chicken stood out for its tenderness and savoury gravy.
Service was attentive throughout, with each dish thoughtfully explained by the staff. The ambience was modern and comfortable, with an open kitchen that added a nice touch of liveliness. A pleasant surprise was the complimentary chocolate cake for my wife — generous and delicious. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience with good food, friendly service, and an atmosphere perfect for a special occasion.

March 18, 2026 at 3:47 pmFirst time. Excellent service from all the staff. Nice food.
There is a seafood bar, cold selection, live stations, sweet bar, dessert. Fresh oyster, very nice scallop, hamachi with tuna. The strawberries they use got strawberry smell one, not those cheap strawberry. Fish soup was good. Vol-Au-Vent was good if ate immediately once it is prepared. Free flow champagne which i did not expect with the $135 package (won from class 95 game), maybe they gave me free upgrade for the champagne.
