March 19, 2026 at 11:14 amI was recommended by my friend to this outlet. My therapist was Shilin. Her skills & service was top notch, and she even offered lotsa good advice for me.
I’m someone that’s pretty lazy when it comes to skincare. So, I learnt lots from her.
No pushing of packages here which was why I came here in the first place.
I went for the $60 therapy: Combo Cleanse & Glow + Eye Treatment. I paid with my GrabPay.
A quick note: They do not offer Credit Card payment. But GrabPay = Credit Card payment so it’s still great!
I am delighted that the products that she used on my face are for sale. I bought the Kskin Hydra Restorative Moisturiser. I like it as it’s good for hydration and not a cream, but gel-based.
I’ll definitely be coming back here regularly in the future.

I wasn’t sure which treatment to go for, but she checked my skin and picked the one that suited me best. She explained everything clearly and made me feel really comfortable, no hard selling at all. Totally recommend her if you’re planning a visit!

My daughter and I always look for Winnie. She’s is very good and detailed in her work. She makes sure she gets all the clog out if not all from our faces.
All the equipment is kept clean and sanitized after every session.
Winnie never hard sell products and I am happy Kskin does not sell facial packages.

March 19, 2026 at 11:14 amI have been coming to Kfacial for a while now. The therapists have always made me feel comfortable, that they knew what they were supposed to do. I had the worst experience today – and likely by a new and inexperienced one.
First, she was cleaning my face when she was Interrupted. Then she seemed to forget she had not cleaned my forehead and under eyes. 👀 then when she was doing the extraction, the machine was barely touching my face. She said she was worried she was being too ‘hard’ but it clearly demonstrated she had no sense of how she operated it. Throughout the process, my face felt unnecessarily wet, something i didnt feel before. Also, it felt like the entire process, whatever serum etc was not distributed evenly or properly. I opted for cleanse and glow, it’s my fav last step but again, the machine was barely touching my face and never did anyone have to use that fan as long as she did.
I felt really uncomfortable by the ‘unprofessional skillsets’ I encountered on my face. If not that I had been through many times with more experienced therapists, this would have been the very last time. Please ensure all therapists are well-trained 🙏🏻
