I recently returned to Mai Salon after a long gap, and I’m so glad I did! The facial was incredibly relaxing, and she used a technique that felt professional and thoughtful.

The entire experience was extremely relaxing, and I could really feel the care and skill throughout the treatment. My skin felt refreshed and rejuvenated afterward.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality and soothing facial experience in Singapore!

I’ve been a loyal customer here for threading, but my recent experience was terrible. The (new?) threading lady cut into my eyebrow skin, leaving a very visible cut. When I called to report the issue today (at 05:09 PM), I was met with extremely poor customer care. I even gave myself a day to think if I accidentally nicked my own eyebrow somewhere. The staff refused to acknowledge the problem or offer any solutions – And then proceeded to cut the call in my face after no response! I’m really disappointed with how I was treated, especially as a regular customer. Dismal.

I recently got my hair done from here absolutely loved the service and the hospitality from this salon will definitely be going back here soon and would recommend it to anyone

Hi,
This was my second time at Mai Salon,
Very pleased with my hair cut and root touch up done by Sandeep.
Glad I have someone who can meet my expectations without having to explain much and deliver the end result.

Got bumps after waxing for the first time, the lady was too casual about it also there was a male laundering near wax area which made me uncomfortable
