Our 2nd time getting a hamster from Hamster Haven. We didn’t need to think twice about where to go, when we were ready for another one. His hamsters always look healthy and adorable, and have the potential to grow into really chonky sized syrians.

I had a great experience at Hamster Haven, while the shop showroom is small, they have a huge variety of different hamsters and many are special breed, you can see that the hamsters were well-cared for, active, and appeared very healthy. It was clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for them. Also the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions about hamster care. The shop was small but it was spotless and well-organized. I highly recommend Hamster Haven to anyone looking for a happy, healthy hamster and especially Teddy Bear hamsters .

I can’t be happier to find Hamster Haven. By the time I got there, Victor already had the long haired silky golden white long haired syrian ready for my viewing (as per my requirement for a long haired syrian), which is the hamster I ended up bringing home. 🙂 Victor took time to share with me more information and recommendations about the hamsters he have. Very helpful. His shop also had other necessities so it was very convenient, I did not have to rush to another shop to get a cage or food. The syrian hamster is such a lovely healthy boy with gentle temperament, and is adapting well to his new home. 💕 No regrets. Would strongly recommend going to Hamster Haven for quality syrian hamsters! 🙂
