booked a wash and blow here. salon was clean and well-maintained, hair service was also up to standard. unfortunately, i also experienced some hidden fees (similar to what another reviewer posted previously) at the end of the session.

we asked for a quote for waist length hair ($40) before coming down, but the final bill was 60% higher ($65). staff said that there was an extra charge because “my hair was long”, even though we whatsapped to ask ahead of time. would have appreciated if this was communicated upfront.

suggest for future customers to confirm pricing in person before starting any service to minimise misunderstandings.

edit: after this review, the salon texted to clarify that my hair was “XXL length,” which was only mentioned after we had left the salon. they then offered a free wash and blow service “valued at $45” on a future visit after we raised the issue, which while appreciated we will be declining, as it does not address the price discrepancy (we were quoted $40 and charged $65).

i opted to visit this salon while recovering from recent eye surgery and simply needed a basic hair wash near home. in hindsight, i would not have done so if i had known it would involve this much additional stress.

Chanced upon this salon on Google and decided to give it a try after seeing the 5-star reviews. Totally did not regret my choice.

Went there for a hair fall treatment and was given an amazing massage by Kak Lynn. Her hands were sooo good, mashaAllah — exactly what I needed after giving birth.

Nice salon with friendly staff. I felt so welcomed 💕

This was my second visit to the salon—my first time was with my 5-year-old daughter. Both Stylist Lynn and Stylist Ash went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The first visit was for a cut and color, and the results were amazing. The second time, I came in for an anti-frizz treatment, and once again, I was really impressed with the level of care and attention they provided.
I absolutely loved both experiences and truly appreciate the time and effort they put into their work. I’ll definitely be a regular from now on and would happily recommend this salon to anyone looking for skilled and caring stylists!

The staff are friendly, and the colouring and treatment services are great. They also offer thoughtful advice on hair care, which I really appreciate.

One area that could be improved is the hair trimming process. It would be great if stylists checked in more frequently with the customer about preferred length and style, especially if it’s their first visit or they’re unfamiliar with the usual process.

If a customer prefers to keep their hair longer / asking for just a small trim, it’s important to respect that and confirm before continuing. Even if the intention is to build trust or do what’s best for hair health, it’s just as important to stay within their comfort zone and avoid cutting beyond the length that the customer has already agreed to.

I understand everything is done with good intentions, but making sure the customer feels heard and understood really makes a difference.

Masya Allah Ash was sincere in cutting my hair. I think she has magic fingers…massaging my hair. I almost fell asleep when she was massaging my hair and neck. It was the best hair cut. I felt like a hot chic Muslmah after the haircut. A complete transformation. Alhamdulillah.
