March 19, 2026 at 11:52 amChanced upon Grityard on Instagram and decided to give it a try when I was motivated to live each age actively and to be the fittest version of myself every year.
Co-founders were national athletes which made the programmes unique and tailored for everyday function and movements, suitable for all age and fitness level. While each trainer has their forte, they have that common passion and energy towards each member in helping them feel comfortable and confident in the workouts. Members are warm and fun to be around with which makes each class enjoyable too! You will definitely leave the class learning something new!
About 2 years in and I never regretted taking the step to join Grityard back in Outram. Give it a try if you want to build ur fitness and confidence!

March 19, 2026 at 11:52 amGreat training programs. Helps me a lot with sport specific training and injury prevention for basketball and daily life. I also joined the small group personal training and always walk away leaner and stronger

My first experience here have not been disappointed. They have a consistent workout plan and clean environment too!

March 19, 2026 at 11:52 amI had a gift card and I signed up for the Juggernaut class. However, when I went, it was the hellfire core class. Nonetheless, the exercises were creative and challenging. Felt more like HIIT to be honest. The instructor, Jaysen, was clear and engaging. I like that we warmed up together. Place was clean. You can rent a towel for $1 to shower at the pool toilet.

March 19, 2026 at 11:52 amAfter trying a few gyms, nothing quite hits like Grityard. I really appreciate how they emphasise proper form and technique, rather than just pushing heavier lifts or endless reps. Their programmes are thoughtfully curated, and the trainers clearly know their stuff – they’ll tell you exactly which muscle groups you should be engaging and where you should feel the burn, so you know you’re doing it right. Plus, the space is fully equipped with resort-like showers and even a cold plunge (!!), making recovery feel like a treat (also complete with Rochor beancurd just right opposite haha) Highly recommend!
