We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Friends Fur Life and couldn’t be happier with our puppy, Bali.

From the very first visit, Kenny was incredibly patient with us. He took the time to let us interact with Bali, answered all our questions honestly, and most importantly, never once pressured us into making a decision. That made us feel very comfortable and confident that this was the right place.

Due to our travel plans, we were not able to bring Bali home immediately and he stayed on for an additional two weeks. During this time, he was exceptionally well taken care of by Rachel, and the team was very proactive in sharing regular updates with us, which gave us great peace of mind. When we finally brought him home, he was healthy, happy, and clearly very well cared for.

Even after bringing Bali home, the support has continued. Gina has been extremely proactive on their lifetime support chat, consistently sharing helpful tips, guidance, and advice, which has been especially valuable for us as first-time puppy parents.

It is very clear that Friends Fur Life genuinely cares about their dogs and the families they go to. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a responsible, transparent, and caring pet store.

I was very lucky to have gotten my black lab puppy -Lear -from friends fur life.

I’ll start off by saying that I can attest that the ppl who work here really care about their dogs and the homes they go to . Elias and Kenny have been so helpful and accommodating from the initial puppy viewing – asking about our experience with dog ownership, showing us the lineage and paper work of where the puppies come from, hip and elbow scores etc. Answering all possible questions we have about puppy training, health checkups etc .

They are also really committed to making sure the pups and owners are set up for success , there is a life time WhatsApp group where I can always reach out to ask for help/ advice which is greatly greatly appreciated . and Lear the puppy herself – I can tell was already very well adjusted when she came home with us . Thank you guys !

I always trying to find a good, responsible breeder, and kept seeing all sorts of ads on Instagram. And thankfully I found FFL. So responsible, but also super friendly and they really teach you stuff. They don’t hide anything. We asked for the puppy’s DNA, photos of his mom and dad, and it just made me feel so much closer to our little puppy even before we got him.

Then we had to put him in FFL’s group care for a bit, and they helped us out so much. They even have their own boarding place with really nice, caring staff who work at both spots. So we knew this boy would be totally fine settling in. They also let us visit him whenever we can! We really appreciated that. Of course, we tried to pick their empty slot so it was easy for them too.

And how FFL describes the puppies’ personalities on their Insta/Telegram, it’s not trying to hard sell something, but it’s the true personality of the puppies.

This helped us understand this boy really fast and know how to train him when he was still little, using the training guides and videos they gave us. Now, when we eat, it’s basically just us watching dog training videos from the same person FFL told us about.

It works so well that our boy learned tricks in like, 30 minutes!!! (Including “Down”, and “leave it”)

It’s gotta be all the love FFL kept giving him that made him such a happy boy, so he’s just happy with everyone and learns new stuff easily coz he’s always in a good mood.

Honestly, if anyone looking for a puppy and wants a breeder who truly cares and gives you all the support, FFL is definitely the best choice. We couldn’t be happier with this little boy, and it’s all thanks to them!
