March 19, 2026 at 11:12 amYou need to come here! When i moved to Singapore 2.5yrs ago first on the agenda was finding a hairdresser. I was nervous as I had been seeing my UK one for years. I went to Expat and ill be honest my first visit I wasnt totally satisfied with the colour. This may have been crossed wires with what I want but regardless Kat (the owner) was so understanding when I fed that back. She invited me back to see her (at no cost) to ensure I was totally happy.
Fast forward over 2 years and I wouldnt trust anyone else. Kat totally understands my hair, puts up with me spontaneously wanting to try new colours and always makes me feel a million dollars. The team is welcoming. The vibe is inclusive and always relaxed. The coffee is great and the hair washing is divine.
Bottom line is that you can trust them and I always give my vote of confidence when asked for reccomendations so that others can have the best service too.

I have natural curls — and if you know curls, you know the wrong technique can completely mess them up. Before my birthday, another stylist gave me a bad cut and colored my hair all wrong. I was so upset… until my mom found Gresi online. That was the best gift ever.
She saved my hair. Truly. I’ve been following her wherever she goes since then!

March 19, 2026 at 11:12 amI had some reservations booking a hair dressing appointment during my travels since I have been going to the same hair dresser for my whole life but I am so glad I decided to book an appointment at expat hair studio. My hairstylist Alex Seng was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and did my hair exactly how I wanted it. He was very attentive and you could tell he is truly passionate about what he does. I am very very happy with the result and can only recommend booking an appointment!
