Always a pleasure to be served by Kimberly. Dr Jenny was very friendly and explained everything I need to know for my cat’s procedure. She even said she’s got to agree that Theon is the best British Shorthair cat ever and most good looking one too!

I’m very grateful for the care and professionalism shown by this clinic. From the first visit through the entire process, the vets, nurses and staff were attentive, patient, and genuinely compassionate. They took the time to explain things clearly, answered questions thoughtfully, and never made us feel rushed.

What meant a lot to me was how gently and softly they handled my Chihuahua — she was usually timid, but she remained calm throughout, which says a lot about their experience and love for animals. The team stayed professional at all times, and it’s very clear that they truly care about the pets they treat.

The pricing was also reasonable and transparent, which helped ease a very difficult and emotional situation. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism, and for making an important experience feel respectful and filled with care.

Had a good first time experience at Eunos evervet, came for my kitten’s sterilisation. The nurse reception was friendly and called me to confirm whether I’m coming. Dr Gerontius Lim was nice and explained the procedure and the post care well to us. Price I would say is affordable but depends on the severity of your cat’s or kitten’s condition. Minus point is the carpark is quite limited and most of it is parallel parking. Would love to come back again!
