March 19, 2026 at 11:11 amI’m not the kind of person like to make complain and this time is really reached my tolerate limit. I find very difficult to make appointment now since it’s moved to I12 from Roxy. Call the line no one pickup the call. Call the call ctr said need to wait the outlet to response and after 30 mins still no one revert. Call again said still waiting the outlet PIC to response. Leave message to the business call ctr also hard to get response until i get upset. And the incident is keep repeated every time I would like to make appointment. I hope the management can look at the issues.

I love the new interior and looking forward to try the detox bed.

March 19, 2026 at 11:11 amHad an awesome relaxing spa massage & facial session at Roxy square branch. The spa supervisor, Apple was excellent in her facial service and customer service from Jasmine was great. Keep up the good quality. Will come again soon.
