Louie was actually almost reserved by another family, but we decisively reserved him at the store before they confirmed. Things happened pretty quickly, so we didn’t have much time to play with him then — but honestly, from the first time we saw his photo, and again when we finally saw him in person, he completely melted our hearts.
Fast forward one week at home, Louie has been nothing but a wholesome, loving little companion to our family. He’s healthy, well behaved, affectionate, and already feels like he’s always belonged with us.
We also have to give special mention to the after-sales service, which was really next level. As first-time Coton owners, Dawgs & Co patiently shared helpful tips, guidance, and reassurance both before and after the purchase. They even shared photos and information of Louie’s lineage, which we really appreciated.
The store itself was clean, well organized, and clearly follows good hygiene practices. You can tell the puppies are well cared for. We even got to meet Paddy, Louie’s elder brother, which was such a lovely bonus that made our experience even more special!
All in all, thanks to Dawgs & Co, we’re so happy to welcome Louie as the newest member of our family. I do highly recommend them if you’re looking for a healthy puppy and a team that genuinely cares beyond the sale 🖤🐶
We had such a wonderful experience with Dawgs and Co! We brought home our beautiful bernedoodle from them and could immediately tell she had been lovingly cared for — she slept through the entire night in her playpen from day one and was already potty trained, which really speaks volumes about the quality of the breeder and early care.
What impressed us even more was learning how selective the team is when choosing the breeders they work with. It gave us so much confidence knowing our puppy came from responsible and ethical hands. The shop itself was also spotless and smelt lovely, creating a calm and welcoming environment for both pups and humans!
Most importantly, you can genuinely feel how much they care about each puppy’s wellbeing. Even after bringing our pup home, the team continued to follow up and check in to make sure she was settling in well — a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us.

They even provided us with a bag puppy starter kit, everything is well thought of. Staffs are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The whole experience is fuss and stress free.
They also constantly check in with us on the puppies’ well being.
We have been looking for a white pomeranian for a while and chanced upon Dawgs & Co. They were very responsive to my queries and kept me updated on the puppy while I was overseas. We had a videocall as soon as the puppy arrived. They were very detailed in their explanation on the day we collected the puppy and the aftersales service was excellent. They checked in on the puppy regularly and were very attentive to my queries. Great experience and will definitely go to Dawgs & Co again for our 2nd puppy.
