Bought a grooming package with Dapper Dogs after the great grooming experience with Regine. She started off suggesting the best grooming service suited for Belle’s current fur length. She kept us updated on every step and took the time to engage with Belle prior to grooming in order to make it a pleasant experience for her. We are extremely happy with the results! She also wrote a sweet letter and a small gift when we told her it’s Belle’s birthday this week. Thanks Regine!

We brought Qiu Qiu to Dapperdogs, and the entire experience far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the team handled her with incredible patience, gentleness, and genuine tender loving care. As anxious fur-parents, we were initially worried, but the groomers immediately reassured us by allowing us to observe the grooming process through the glass panel. Watching how calmly and confidently they worked with Qiu Qiu gave us so much peace of mind that we eventually felt comfortable leaving her in their care.

What truly amazed us was the interim updates they sent throughout the grooming session — photos, little notes, and progress updates. This is something we’ve never received from any grooming salon we’ve visited before, and it really shows how much pride Dapperdogs takes in their service and communication.

The biggest surprise was at the end: Qiu Qiu didn’t even want to leave the salon! She kept running back to the groomers, clearly excited and wanting to continue playing with them. It’s very rare to see a dog so happy and relaxed after a grooming session, and it speaks volumes about how safe and loved she felt there.

Dapperdogs has set a whole new standard for what grooming should be. We’re truly grateful, and Qiu Qiu will definitely be returning!

Have been going to dapper dogs since we got our puppy and we used to have a positive experience with the previous groomer. However, this time round it was a nightmare. We heard that they’re selling the business but did not expect them to be so irresponsible and nonchalant, and we are not sure if it is the reason why the grooming was so badly done and badly communicated this time round.

My cavapoo always had matted fur and it used to be worse. The previous groomer Dexter was very patient and always took time to dematte her with no problems. However this time round we were not informed that there’s a new groomer until we reached the groomer.

Furthermore I only received a call about my dog’s matted fur, and specifically told them to do full scissoring and not shave entirely. Which they replied to try their best. During the course of the grooming, there were also no photos or videos sent to communicate / update us about the shaving. You can see the drastic difference in the photos, the third photo was taken just minutes before we sent her for this grooming session.

My dog was also seen unattended at the table with her neck tied to the rope after her shower.

We are extremely disappointed and horrified by this experience. Will not advise anyone have their pets groomed there anymore.
