Always a good and relaxing experience after every visit. Prices are reasonable $$. Haircut is always point on. Talk to the stylist about what you want and whether the look suits you. They will give you their honest opinion before proceeding. Even when it comes to hair coloring, have a good discussion with them. I did a 4 color highlight there and really love how it came out!😍

LAZY, RUDE, AND COMPLETELY UNQUALIFIED STAFF. I’ve been to this place twice, and both experiences were absolutely horrible. The first time, I left with a bad haircut and vowed never to return. Unfortunately, my usual salon closed down, so I had no choice but to go back here years later. Big mistake.

I went in for a simple layered haircut, something that should be impossible to mess up but somehow, they managed to butcher it. The haircut made my hair so poofy and unmanageable (I have wavy hair that I’ve been growing out after straightening treatments). It looked worse than it ever had. Because of this, I decided to go back for a straightening treatment to fix my hair, but that ended up being an even worse decision.

First, the woman who “greeted” me acted like my appointment was an inconvenience, even though I booked in advance. Then, she started washing my hair and was so rough pulling my scalp that my head was literally bobbling up and down. I even made noises of pain, but she didn’t care. My scalp was being pulled the entire time it was painful and completely unprofessional. She didn’t even apologize.

When she applied the straightening solution to my hair, she was rushing the entire time, pulling my hair carelessly, and at one point, she dropped a clip on my face and didn’t even apologise. Later, while straightening my hair, she burned my scalp only then did she apologize, but that’s because I shrieked in pain.

For this treatment after the first hair solution they’re supposed to wash it flat iron it wash it again put on another solution, wash it again then FLAT IRON it one last time. After washing my hair again from the second solution, she left me sitting there for 20 minutes to work on someone else’s hair, only for another staff member to come dry my hair. This person kept hitting my ear with the hair dryer repeatedly again, no apology. When the original woman finally came back, she blow dried my hair again without flat ironing it properly or finishing the treatment as she was supposed to, it’s the final step to every hair straightening treatment. I regret not calling her out for her LAZINESS so much. Then she cut my hair, and somehow, it looked worse than the disaster I walked in with.

The end result? The straightening treatment wasn’t done properly, and my hair stopped being straight within hours. I’ve had these treatments done before, and they’ve lasted 1–2 years, so clearly, this was a complete mess up on THEIR END. My hair is now damaged beyond repair because of their careless, lazy work. Please take a look at the picture i’ve put, is that what a hair straightening treatment is supposed to look like? ABSOLUTELY NOT.

I paid $170 for this terrible service. The workers are rude, rushed and it’s not like they don’t know what they’re doing they just don’t care to make the service good. They don’t care about their customers or the quality of their work. It’s a joke that this place even calls itself a salon. Avoid it at all costs.

PROS : Result is there, so I’ll give credit where it’s due.

CONS : Staff is unfriendly with cold demeanor, did not show the slightest of interest or even moderate politeness. The lady washing my hair dug her nails so deep into my scalp to scratch it, like she’s unloading some serious frustration on my head.

I was here for a wash, cut and color. The whole ‘service’ costed 70 SGD, and honestly I’ve been to cheaper place with better service and human interaction.
