Recently I brought the Food For The Good – Air Dried Duck Crisp Cat & Dog Treats [Wt 170g] [Buy 1 Get 1 Promotion] but 4 days later was told refund was issued.
And while I trying to get contact through your estore website contact form but the contact form was failed to action.
And was told it’s takes at least 14 days for the refund to be effective only through the Instagram few days later after sending.
I was quite disappointed that there wasn’t any effective ways to get in contact to help for me to understand why my order was cancelled as no reasons was given.
