March 18, 2026 at 4:17 pmLovely experience when we went for V-day lunch. Loved the sourdough bread which went well with the butter topped with bacon bits I think. Escargot was alright, a little mild IMO- butter/herbs taste can be stronger. Loved the steak which was decently crusted. What blew my mind was the Coq Au Vin- super tender chicken thigh with this very nice sauce which had reduced red wine in it. The cabbage and other vegetables that went with the chicken thigh were cooked in butter and that tasted heavenly when paired with the red wine sauce. So good! Service was excellent too and we enjoyed ourselves. Will be back!

March 18, 2026 at 4:17 pmClaudine delivers a beautiful French dining experience from start to finish. The setting itself is charming and intimate, and the food absolutely lives up to the ambience
We started with the French snails in garlic butter — classic, indulgent, and wonderfully fragrant. For mains, the Kampot pepper steak flambé was the star of the evening. Perfectly cooked and richly sauced, with that addictive peppery crunch that gives both heat and texture in every bite. It paired nicely with a glass of Maison Lou Dumont, which had a slightly acidic profile that cut through the richness of the steak beautifully
Dessert was the île flottante — light, elegant, and a refined way to end the meal
Service was impressive, especially for a crowded weekend evening. The staff remained attentive and warm despite the full house
A couple of small cons: the restaurant is cosy and can feel a bit tight when it’s packed, and the carpark is really dark at night — something to take note of
Overall, though, Claudine is excellent French dining done right. Would gladly return

The food was delicious and full of flavour, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our meal. A special thank you to Chef Julien, who came by to chat with us, he’s such a warm and genuine person! We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back again.

March 18, 2026 at 4:17 pmI celebrated my first anniversary here and had a lovely time! Service was excellent and food was amazing. We had the chou farci, beef tartar, steak and apple tart fine. The beef tartar was super fresh and well flavoured, and paired well with the bread and butter given. We requested a swap for one of the sides of the steak and it was super easy and painless to do so. The apple tart was delicate and not too sweet, and just the right balance of warm and crispy with cold ice cream. The staff also wrote a cute message on the dessert place for our anniversary and helped take + print a photo of us, which was a lovely touch. Would come back! ❤️

March 18, 2026 at 4:17 pmnally ticked off this restaurant (helmed by the same chef behind the 3 Michelin-starred Odette) from my to try list after so many years. Didn’t realise it replaced The White Rabbit. The food was overall pretty good, and prices were decent considering the ambiance and quality of food! 😋
