I have been getting my facials done by both Kelly and Pinky, and I honestly cannot say enough great things about them! These two are absolutely exceptional at what they do.

What I love most is how patient they both are — they never make you feel rushed and always take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and at ease throughout the entire session. They are also incredibly communicative, always explaining each step of the process, checking in on how you’re feeling, and genuinely listening to your skin concerns. You never feel like you’re in the dark about what’s happening.

Most importantly, they are both outstanding at their jobs. The results have been amazing every single time, and my skin has never looked better. You can truly tell they are skilled professionals who take real pride in their work.

I I am a customer since old shop at Bedok and now at Marine Parade and have been visiting your shop for services.
Recently, when I called to make an appointment for a classic pedicure, the lady named Joanne (who mentioned she is a shareholder of the shop) spoke to me in a rude and unfriendly manner. I clearly explained that I was asking for classic pedicure, not gel pedicure, yet she sounded unhappy and impatient.
I even asked her directly whether she was unhappy to have me as a customer, as each time I visit or contact the shop, I feel an unwelcoming attitude from her. Instead of addressing my concern, she avoided answering and continued speaking in an irritated tone.
When I asked her to help book an appointment for next Sunday (as I was not yet sure of the exact date), she became more impatient and spoke in an aggressive and unpleasant manner, repeatedly questioning me about the time in a way that felt disrespectful. Joanne U need knw what is call customer service and be more humble. U not only manicure salon in Singapore. Too aggressive will only give U a lost. If not A manicurists Yang Yang provide a gd service . Will definitely not return bck to Ur shop. Be more wiser as business partner will only give U more prosperous. If have mood swings only give U a big lost
