      I joined the 8-week challenge here and honestly… this studio exceeded all expectations. The workouts are solid, the community is warm, and the coaches actually care (not just during class, but outside of it too).

      Huge shoutout to Jia Ying (Studio Manager) — she went above and beyond during our challenge. She sourced delicious high-protein meals and healthy drinks for us to try (no sad diet food here!) and kept us motivated with tips, check-ins, and genuine support. You can really feel the heart she puts into running the studio.

      Extra love for Coach Chris — absolutely dedicated to keeping us on track throughout the 8 weeks. He pays attention to form, progress, and morale, and always makes sure we’re heading in the right direction.

      And it doesn’t stop there — they also organize super fun social activities like dragon boating, yoga sessions, and Green Corridor runs. It makes fitness feel like a lifestyle, not a chore.

      Thank you BFT Paya Lebar for the gains, laughs, and great community! 💙💪 Highly recommend to anyone looking for structured training + good vibes + people who genuinely care.

      BFT PL is the best! It is clean, spacious, easily accessible, and the coaches and members are warm and welcoming. Coach Blake is articulate and gives just the right amount of attention to each of the members to make sure everyone knows what they are doing. Shoutout to the studio manager Jia Ying who gives her 110% in her job!

      I’ve been joining BFT for 1.5 years, and it has really changed my life! I knew nothing when I first came to the studio.

      The trainers here are very helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t have survived even two weeks if they hadn’t encouraged and paid attention to me. It’s definitely beginner-friendly — you just need to show up, and you’ll start noticing improvements.

      Unexpectedly, I’ve also made friends here. I love it so much! ❤️
      If you’re keen to try, just drop by the studio and experience it for yourself 🤭😋

      I’ve been with BFT for 3 years and it’s been life-changing. I joined for the structured, science-backed training and stayed because of the amazing results, supportive community, and incredible trainers — Maria, Sandra, Nicolette, Blake, Zec, and Eugene. Their energy, knowledge, and encouragement have kept me motivated every step of the way.

      I’m thankful to them and to the fellow members who make every session enjoyable. BFT is more than just fitness — it’s a community that helps you grow stronger, inside and out.

      BFT Paya Lebar is a welcoming studio with great coaches and genuinely supportive members!

      I joined the studio about five months ago and was initially hesitant about coming alone. However, everyone was so friendly and approachable that I felt welcomed immediately. If you’re thinking of starting your fitness journey and are worried about having no one alongside you, don’t hesitate to just come in for a class! You’ll feel welcome and definitely make new friends.

      Plus, the coaches will teach you the right form even if you’re a beginner. I’ve definitely seen a noticeable boost in my strength and cardio. Highly recommend!
