We begin the new year by expressing our deepest gratitude to the people who have blessed us with their unwavering care and service. We came to Atlas Vet last year seeking opinions for our doggo’s various medical conditions, and from the very first visit, we were met by a team of cheerful staff and nurses, along with the most gentle and kind Dr. Ning.

We are truly grateful that we entrusted our doggo to Atlas Vet for his heart condition, hip dysplasia, and persistent skin and ear issues. Throughout our many visits, he has been well cared for. Dr. Ning took exceptional care in addressing his heart, skin, and ear conditions, always showing genuine empathy and never once making us feel rushed. She went above and beyond in treating his chronic ear infection, and while he has not fully recovered, he is now free from pain and many of the symptoms—something we are deeply thankful for. We also appreciate her thoughtful referrals to both a cardiologist and a dermatologist, and her clear explanations that helped us understand each step of the process.

We are equally grateful to Dr. Veevien and her surgical team for successfully removing a growth that was previously suspected to be a perianal fistula. Given our doggo’s heart condition, the team ensured that specialist anaesthetists were present. The surgery and recovery went smoothly, with no complications at all—an absolutely outstanding team effort.

The care did not stop there. The staff and vets followed up with us regularly, keeping us informed of lab results and progress updates. We also truly appreciate receiving all lab and diagnostic results via email, which made it easy for us to stay informed.

Dr Chow is a kind soul, and he and his team truly care about your pet as if they were their own. Before I even stepped foot in their clinic, Dr Chow personally gave me a call to address details about seeing their specialist and my cat’s condition. He was very thorough and friendly on the call, and even offered an expedited specialist consultation because my cat is already at Stage D of his heart disease. Dr Chow understood the urgency for my cat and did his utmost best to tackle all of my concerns. He also offered a solution for me when he learnt about a certain medication that we needed. I felt he went the extra mile for us, and am truly grateful for his advice and prompt action.

Thank you for offering to squeeze us in for a last min consult before you would be away. I saw that I was also not the only one who was squeezed in for an after-hours consult. While waiting at the clinic, I saw how the nurses and reception explained after-care in thorough detail and how they treated the clients. They were also easy to speak to over the phone and never gave an attitude even though they were busy. Dr Chow answered all my questions succinctly and patiently, and never rushed to end the consult. And by the end of the consult, I had already received an email with a linked reliable source to get the prescription diet and detailed instructions.
