March 17, 2026 at 7:00 pmMade an order and paid on 19 August 2025. Order is still labeled as ON HOLD on website, meaning the payment hasn’t even been processed yet. It’s been 16 days. I have been sending emails to support and admin (during working hours too!) and received absolute radio silence. Does this company even check their emails? I feel like I got scammed. Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone at all.

On the day of the delivery, the (Seller’s own delivery service) driver called prior to the delivery. Thereafter, my orders were hand-delivered to me in excellent condition. The delivery experience was excellent and my orders were received in very satisfactory condition. Also, many thanks to Seller for including a free gift (lollipop made of Apple stick and hay biscuit) with each of my orders for my piggies! Hope they’ll like them. All paws up 🐾🐾
