Deserve 0 star if I can give that. Worst experience with the front desk staff seated here for the whole hour with no one updating you on what’s taking so long just to see the vet until you ask them. Fixed an appt but no one gives 2 cents to you especially if you are not the kind they expect your bill to be high. Fixed an appt for Dr Tammie but waited so long no decency to even come and explain to us what’s the wait. You just get those attitude from the front desk like I’m just supposed to sit there and wait till I’m summoned. Hello you charge crazy price at least invest in better staff and vet together with better time management before accepting appts. Or maybe just ask and determine if the bill was going to be expensive before accepting so spare ppl from the wait.
Ridiculous. Avoid this whole place altogether especially DR Tammie

Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. My dog and I just relocated so she’s a bit antsy right now with new people and they were so patient and kind with her. You can tell everyone here really loves animals. Glad this is our new vet!

My dog whom Dr Ly claimed is all well and could live for many more years until 18/19 passed away merely less than a year after a comprehensive health examination with him from serious health condition that was only later diagnosed at another clinic merely 6 months later, where signs of the problem could already be seen from the blood test result during his health consult with Dr Ly. I also suspect that his serious condition may possibly be caused by (or seriously aggravated by) the unnecessary injections Dr Ly performed on him during the health examination appointment.

We cannot adequately express the deep gratitude we feel for Dr. John Paul Ly and the exceptional care he has provided for our precious 13-year-old epilepsy dog, Mersey. After suffering a sudden stroke and a devastating cluster of grand mal seizures back in April 2024, Mersey was initially saved by another vet, but she was left with severe dementia and had lost most of her mobility. We were heartbroken, unsure if she still recognized us, and feared the damage to her brain had left her blind and deaf. It was an overwhelming and helpless time for us.

Desperate for hope, we learned about Dr. John Paul Ly, a highly regarded veterinarian in Singapore, often referred to as the ‘神医’ (the last hope for critically ill animals). With nothing to lose, we sought his help as our final attempt to improve Mersey’s condition. From the moment we met Dr. Ly, it was clear that we had made the right choice. His compassion, expertise, and genuine love for animals were evident from the start, and he became the source of hope we so desperately needed.

Dr. Ly developed a personalized treatment plan for Mersey, carefully adjusting her medications to protect her kidneys and implementing a nutrient-rich diet with essential vitamins to support her recovery. His medical expertise is second to none, but what truly stands out is his incredible kindness and gentle approach. Dr. Ly is the only vet who has ever kissed Mersey on her forehead, a small but profoundly touching gesture that showed how deeply he cares. He treats every animal, including Mersey, as if they were his own.

Six months after that traumatic episode, Mersey’s quality of life has significantly improved. Although we have come to terms with the fact that she will never fully return to how she once was, we now feel a sense of peace and confidence knowing that she is receiving the best possible care from Dr. Ly & his team. If you’re looking for a vet who combines exceptional medical skill with unparalleled compassion and empathy, Dr. Ly is your answer.

While Dr. Ly’s services come at a cost, like all the best things in life, they are worth every penny. We will be forever grateful to him for giving Mersey the best possible chance at life and for the love and care he has shown her.

My 3+ years old cat (qiqi) was on the verge of…you know…he was on initially at another hospital but luckily, I was quickly told, by 1 of the nurse (j***) to transfer my cat over as the results from another hospital was really bad and Dr Ma*** who saw and attended to my cat knew what was wrong and knew how my cat should be treated. When my cat was transferred over with a treatment plan established and initiated, the improvements was seen within 2 days.

When I paid my cat a visit, I was attended by another nurse (sh***) and she was kind enough to get Dr L* in to have a look at my cat and with a few conversations, he almost immediately came out with diagnosis and what to next, which was in line with what Dr Ma*** have. Not forgetting the team of nurses who took turns taking care of my cat while ensuring all information are handed over properly.

My cat is now discharged and on his happy way recovering at the time of this post. Thank you to the wonderful team at Animal Wellness!!!! You are the best!!
