I will attach the bill as a screenshot from my payment provider.
This is not about the amount we paid — it’s about the fact that we were charged and never received the bottle at all that night. You mentioned having over 70 CCTV cameras, so it should be very easy to verify what actually happened. The way this was handled and responded to feels dismissive rather than accountable, and I truly hope this is reviewed seriously.
We paid $450 for a bottle and were not even provided the bottle. The staff kept moving us from table to table and never actually brought out our drinks till the very end. The staff clearly not proactive in managing the situation. It felt like they were just taking advantage of customers. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle. It honestly felt like a complete scam — they clearly don’t care about customers once they’ve taken your money. Never again.

A special mention to Shika,she has always been super helpful whenever my group visits. From helping us with table and bottle bookings to sorting out any issues quickly, she really makes the experience even better. We always go through her when making bookings because she’s reliable and welcoming.
Definitely one of the best spots to enjoy a night out!
