The instructors are friendly and approachable. Appreciate that they check if participants have any medical conditions and watch out for movements that maybe a little challenging for them to ensure safety👍
The small class size is great and classes with Maria, Sarah, Tanya, Nadia and Alice are fun and enjoyable. I always feeling satisfied after each class😊
Jade, who helped out at the studio, is always attentive to my questions and needs🙏

March 19, 2026 at 11:53 amI’ve tried a few different reformer Pilates studios, but Advantage Pilates is the only one I keep coming back to. What really sets this studio apart is the personalized attention and genuine support I’ve received—especially from Tanya.
She takes the time to offer thoughtful modifications that make me feel safe, challenged, and supported throughout every class.
Unlike other places where it can feel like you’re just another person in the room, here it feels like they truly care about your individual needs and progress.
The atmosphere is welcoming, the instruction is top-notch, and the experience has been consistently positive. I’ve never felt more motivated or confident in my practice.

March 19, 2026 at 11:53 amTruly enjoyed my classes at this studio. I like that the class sizes are small hence the instructors are able to ensure everyone has the correct posture. The instructors are fun and encouraging which make each session enjoyable. Front desk is friendly and helpful too. 😘

Their cost is reasonable, and they run regular promotions. Class sizes are small, not more than 6-8 per class.
