I am truly grateful to Dr. Goh, the nurses, and the entire team for taking such wonderful care of my little girl Kopi O 🐶 during her spay.
From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, patient, and gentle,

Dr. Goh is not only very professional but also a very caring veterinarian.
All my dogs 🐾 🐾🐾🐾🐾are looked after by him, and each time he has given me helpful advice and guidance.

Vets are seasoned professionals (most over-invested pawrents alr know this) but this also makes a great regular vet:

1. Easy parking is across short intersection at market (nearer than MPJG), drop offs are possible at the culdesac beside it.

2. Wait time okay: I was in and out in 100 mins for a blood test and 2 dog consults. I have ever wasted 3-4 hours at other decent vets for just one dog (rage).

Subjective review: Our geriatric golden was blessed to be assigned Dr Goh – our first encounter with him was patient, detailed and concise. I liked how pointed he was in reviewing the dog – no guesswork, only calculated assessments to support how much more scans/testing we might want to consider. No judgement when we opted out haha.

I expect to keep coming back as our golden ages. The other good vets in Singapore are all near high demand parallel street parking which leaves me always late or having to drag my old man across hot roads.

Thank you so soo much Dr.Ng! Our little babies ear infection is finally cured and she no longer suffers or scratches her ears constantly. We had gone to another well known vet clinic 3 times and racked up a huge medical bill and her ears still did not improve at all (even kept prescribing the same meds). At Ace clinic, we spent less than the other clinic, fewer visits and saw results instantly after taking meds. The vet techs are also amazing, one of them even started singing to calm down my other 3 month old whom I took to see Dr.Ng, it was so sweet!!! And you can tell even reception folks LOVE animals.

I also liked that they take the dogs into a treatment room for even small things like butt gland expression and wash them up, dry them and put nice smelling spray. From my past experience, they just do on the spot with no cleaning afterwards. And you can see the treatment room from the consultation room so you have eyes on your pet the whole time and they give hypoallergenic treats after treatment (with your permission)! To calm down my girl, another senior vet even came to pet her. He must have magic fingers cause instantly she stayed still, haha!! They also follow up their condition after a few days through WhatsApp and can send photos and they’ll ask the vet to check if need to come back or not 💕😭.

I took my pup to another clinic and they measured his weight where all the other dogs get measured (maybe that’s how he got his infection…?) But at Ace the receptionists asked if he had all 4 vaccines and they said not to put him on it and used a sanitised puppy weight scale instead.

Plus they offer free coffee, tea, Milo, etc. Have finally found the vet I’ll continue forever with! Thanks team 😃
