I’ve been here twice, the first time with family on New Years’ Eve (this is a super belated review) for lunch, and the second time just this last Saturday for dinner with a friend.

I tried a whole variety of dishes across both visits, and while all were fantastic, I would have to say that the standout were:
      – For starters: Kailan & Bacon (fantastic, flavour profile is similar to roasted brussel sprouts), Green-eyed Squid (squid was extremely tender and the sauce really went well with it) and the Duck Fat Financiers (the slight sweetness of the financier and citrus zest went really well with the savory mousse)

      – For mains: Mouth-watering Chicken & Tom Yum Mussels. Especially for the mussels, they were extremely fresh (which is sadly a rarity in Singapore, had so many meals with mussels that were not fresh) and it went extremely well with the refreshing and rich Tom Yum mussels.

      – For sides: The Cold Bee Hoon is highly recommended. It is pre-mixed with lime juice and is covered with dried shrimp, so it makes for a refreshing and savory bite.

As for service, it was fantastic both times. My first visit was a walk-in one on New Years’ Eve, and the staff were able to accommodate my family and I with seats outside the restaurant.
For the second visit, we were seated indoors and the staff were again extremely friendly and attentive.

Service was fantastic overall. We had asked for recommendations, and the recommendations provided were all great.

Amazing food and service! I think I ordered pretty much all the crowd faves but the one dish that I feel should be more talked about is their BABY CABBAGE! $23 for the Wawa cabbage (roasted with a super addictive pistachio paneer cream sauce) – I know this sounds ridiculous in this economy but trust me when I say it’s totally worth it! Overall, I found the sides to be more memorable than the mains (except for the cabbage!). I will definitely be back!

A very remarkable experience I had with my friends last night. At first I had sus over fusion dishes as I usually eat Italian food at cafe like restaurant. What makes me fall in love is the potato chips with the crab “salad”. It’s my favourite order I had. The dish is really unique and it opens my appetite. I like how it tastes better with lemon. I could imagine myself having it at home under raining day watching Netflix. This is what I could describe this dish.

Secondly I like is the mussels. The spiciness is just right, enriching and thick. The taste blends with rice is great. I like the kailan, as tho the appearance looks normal but when I bits, it doesn’t taste like original kailan. Kind of imported from overseas that makes the veggies tastes fresh and crunchy.

What surprises us they provide complimentary dessert, I’m not a dessert person but I appreciate their sincerity and graciousness for offering us a pleasant experience. In fact they acceded my request of providing candle and did it beyond my expectation as it comes with cute Lego toys with candles. Not forgeting the Polaroid photos of two for my two best friends, wishing them a happy advance birthday.

We are also given a big farewell greetings the moment we stepped out of the cafe. The experience is quite memorable, and I will never forget this experience. Thank you 808!

A great spot for local Western fusion food. The dishes are creative and well executed, with really good flavors. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to introduce the menu warmly. They were also very attentive and surprised me with a birthday cake, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

Had a truly wonderful dinner here with my loved one. The food was superb, and the atmosphere and vibes were incredibly relaxing and inviting. The fusion concept was surprisingly well-executed and definitely did not disappoint. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared with love, passion and fresh ingredients, you can really taste the care put into each plate.

A huge thank you to the amazing team: Ryan for the special off-menu cocktail, and Iskandar, Keandre, Kim, and Teh for the excellent food and attentive service. The staff here don’t just serve food and drinks; they deliver warmth, sincerity, and genuine hospitality. Truly an unforgettable experience, and deeply appreciated.
