March 18, 2026 at 3:46 pmHad a really great private dining experience here! Really love the energy from Chef Henry as he takes the effort to explain every single dish. He shares his inspiration of each dish and how he cooks them. We can really see the passion he has for cooking, waking up super early to secure the freshest ingredient—> evident from the fresh seafood dishes we ate!
Chef Henry food is really amazing and unique! His rendition of 來了又來Hokkien Mee really brings back the childhood smell that I couldn’t find anywhere else.
Thank you for the great experience Chef Henry! Time to ballot again for another session next time 🤗

March 18, 2026 at 3:46 pmJust came back from a sumptuous feast hosted by Chef Henry and feeling very full and satisfied. It’s local cuisine served in omakase style and we simply trusted Chef Henry to whip up a menu that suits the profile of our family and occasion. I read so many good reviews on the black garlic chicken soup and it really didn’t disappoint! It’s the standout dish with the most votes from the family and it’s not difficult to know why. Every dish is cooked perfectly with the right flavour and texture. Chef Henry is friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating to our big group with young and elderly so everyone can eat comfortably. Highly recommend for a cosy gathering!

March 18, 2026 at 3:46 pmGot a chance to dine at the legendary Liu Fu Si Fang Cai when my friend managed to get a slot at the popular private dining joint.
Had the BEST Hokkien Mee I have ever tasted. Braised Nan Ru trotter was the stellar dish for me, best eaten with rice. Only regret was not bringing bread to mop up the black pepper crab sauce!!
Meal was cooked well, and tasted homely and heart warming at the same time!
To add on the the experience, we have the talented and bubbly Chef Henry chatting with us and sharing on his life and experience!
Will return if have the chance 😄

March 18, 2026 at 3:46 pmAmazing freshly picked ingredients and skill-fully prepared Singapore-style Chinese food!
Great way to experience traditional Chinese food in its best form! All of the dishes are cooked to perfection with minimal condiments/sauces/salt allowing you to taste the true flavour of the meats and vegetables.
My favourites were the Black Garlic Chicken Soup, as well as the Hokkien Mee. The depth and flavour of the soup is like none other, without the need for saltiness. The combination of the seafood, lime, noodles and chilli in the Hokkien Mee is perfectly balanced and each shine in its own way.
The chef/owner is very friendly and does an elaborate explanation of each dish that is served!
Definitely recommended!
