I did a haircut and deep cleansing spa with stylist Chiharu. I’ve got to say it was an amazing massage. I almost fell asleep during the head spa treatment. She took her time with my hair, understanding how I usually deal with it, and cutting it to suit me. Although communication might be slower, but it’s nothing a repeat of answer or question cannot solve. Overall I had a wonderful experience, only feedback is perhaps to change the music to something more calming. But each to their preference in music. 🙂

Had a hair colouring appointment and was lucky to be assigned to stylist Aimi. I wanted to blend the rest of my hair to match my natural root colour, and she did an excellent job- exactly what I had in mind. The whole experience was very pleasant, and Aimi was professional, attentive, and easy to talk to. Even the hair washing was great-first time I didn’t leave with wet ears! Highly recommend her.
