March 18, 2026 at 4:21 pmUtterly disappointing for the price and quality.
– Matcha tastes powdery, and artificial
– croissant had a mouldy taste, was very bread-like, not fluffy at all. Italian sausage was hard and dry.
– French toast was fairly good
I don’t think the food quality is worth the price point. Atmosphere is good though

March 18, 2026 at 4:21 pmvisited on saturday morning – quite noisy though it wasn’t full house. also note they have 1h dining time limit though it didn’t seem superr strict.
got an iced black ($7+ after GST and service charge) using their ‘mr cuddles’ blend – described as having bold and nutty notes – it was quite strong tasting, but a bit too acidic for me.
(mother got their chocolate cake but said it was too dry and sweet)
appreciate that they have a toilet – which is spacious and clean.

March 18, 2026 at 4:21 pmThe decor is very pretty and the food is delicious, but service (food prep-kitchen) is quite slow.
Dining time is 60mins (awfully short for a cafe as well) but it took 20mins for them to bring out a sandwich and it didn’t come at the same time as the other sandwich we ordered.
Are they prepping one sandwich at a time???
Staff were average – not super attentive or anything but no issue with that given its really only a cafe but the kitchen is just too slow.

March 18, 2026 at 4:21 pmWe went to Neptune in Marine Parade for breakfast and had a pleasant experience. The café is dog-friendly, which is a big plus for us. We ordered latte, cappuccino, smoked salmon, and a few other items — the food and drinks were nicely prepared and tasted good.
That said, the prices are on the higher side, especially for breakfast. Still, with the relaxed atmosphere, pet-friendly policy, and decent quality food, it’s a nice spot for a casual morning meal if you don’t mind paying a bit more.

March 18, 2026 at 4:21 pmBeen wanting the try this place for the longest time and finally have.
Had the tuna Quinoa and the Carbonara. Both dishes are very tasty, and I like how th Carbonara is not too over powering with cheese. It’s a nice balance.
We also had the keylime which super good! I think one of the best I’ve had.
The winner is definitely the chai latte. On point.
It’s abit pricey just a heads up
