The undisputed star of the evening, the crab beehoon. The broth was extraordinary, rich, layered and overflowing with natural crab sweetness and deep savouriness. Every spoonful carried an intoxicating aroma and remarkable depth that stopped conversation at the table. Truly mind blowing and easily one of the finest crab beehoon renditions in Singapore.

Another great meal with Bernard! Food as usual was superb- for me the best soups in town. His charcoal boiled coconut chicken tonight was amazing ! Pork crackling was just another level and his mud crabs steamed with aged Chinese wine blew us all away.
We had private home dining at @bellyumami Highly recommend it!! We have yummy slow-boiled Cantonese soup, fried lychees stuffed with oyster and kimchi prawns that burst in your mouth, grandma’s special recipe pork belly buns, steamed fish with special sauce, sambal Pontian prawns and clams (my fav!!!). The dessert was also very good but no picture taken 😂 thank you Bernard!
Highly recommend trying it out! You get amazing home cooked food and a wonderful place just to connect and chill with your loved ones.

A wonderful private dining experience in a time capsule. The food was hearty and bold on flavours (just the way we liked it). Home Cook Bernard (he prefers to be called that and not Chef 😅) was an excellent host and we had a great time chatting with him.
I have ordered the belly umami crab beehoon broth multiple times and it’s just the best. Delicious, convenient, and the charcoal fragrance……… SO GOOD. I used the broth packs to cook crab beehoon soup last week and my friends loved it so much, they came back for another round this week. Highly recommended!!
