Kimchi, my adopted domestic feline, hadn’t been eating well for 3–4 days and I was really worried. From the moment I called and stepped in, the receptionist (Syaf) was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring — she helped calm me down while quickly getting Kimchi checked in.

I was attended to by Dr Ryan, who immediately made me feel at ease. I showed him the previous blood test results from another vet, and instead of brushing through them, he took the time and effort to go through every single line with me.
