Super cute little shop in a convenient location. I haven’t actually been inside because it’s appointment only but a friend gifted me something from their website and they have such a good range of hard to find products from Korea. Lovely website too
I’ve encountered repeated issues with online orders—each time, I had to follow up on the delivery, and the explanation was often that the courier did not collect the item. Most recently, after successfully placing an order, I was informed it was out of stock as everything had apparently just been sold. This pattern has been frustrating and inconvenient.
