we got our sweet loving frenchie puppy from Hello Human and the entire experience was great!

we were amazed by how clean and spacious the playpens for the puppies were and the staff were very nice and friendly.

Charlene is knowledgeable on frenchies and we felt secure to purchase our pup from her. generally frenchies are more prone to health issues associated with the breed however we could see that the frenchie pups that she brings in are very well cared for, ethically bred and that the pups health is top priority at Hello Human is very reassuring for us.

as we were unable to pick up our pup on the day of purchase, Charlene accommodated our request of picking our pup 2+ weeks later, which we really appreciated!
