March 17, 2026 at 7:12 pmWe got our Lucy from Paw Palace in December 2025. As soon as we stepped into the shop, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the shop and the care that was given to all the puppies in the shop. This was especially evident in the strong bond and attachment shown by the puppies to the staff at the shop. The puppies were all clean, active and apparently happy. Gwen knew all her puppies well and was able to provide clear answers to all our questions about the pups we viewed. In the end we chose Lucy, a beautiful, inquisitive little mini goldendoodle. Among all the puppies we viewed, we felt that Lucy’s personality and temperament were most aligned with what we looked for. Little Lucy has been home with us for nearly 3 months now. We have watched her grow from a calm, soft-voiced and a sweet little puppy to a blossoming (?) of her personality into a rambunctious, boisterous, exuberant and a very active (a little hyper maybe? 🤔) secure and happy 6 month old pup. But she remains the sweetest girl who is highly responsive and naturally obedient. She has an excellent temperament, loves people and other dogs and always loves being in the company of her family, be they 2 or 4 legged. After-sales support and interest from Gwen has been great too, with Gwen always interested to receive updates and photos of Lucy, and always offering advice and support on how to create the ideal environment for Lucy’s wellbeing and health. If anyone is looking to get a puppy, I highly recommend Paw Palace. They look after their puppies and their customers very well.

March 17, 2026 at 7:12 pmGot little Ponyo from paw palace about a month back. The staff there are really friendly and kind. Gwen especially, was very accommodating. She answered all our questions promptly even after bringing Ponyo home. She also educated us on how we should handle/take care of our puppy and it really helped to set us up for success. Would recommend paw palace to anybody looking to get a pup.

The team gave us a lot of time to bond with the pups at the store, plus they were very generous with tips and advice. Also nice that they followed up a few months after to check on how Andi was doing. Great experience and highly recommend!

Gwen, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and truly passionate about her pups. She guided us through every step and gave us a lot of confidence as new paw-rents. You can see that the puppies bonded with her very well!
After bringing our puppy home, Gwen continued to provide excellent after-sales support. She responds quickly to all our questions and always offers helpful advice. We really appreciate the care and commitment she shows.
