came on a saturday afternoon, was having fun but after exiting the pool, while coming down the slope, suddenly the old wood snap and broke, one of my leg fall into the hole, and nearly couldnt came out. staff was informed, however all they asked was do u need a bandage and are you okay? without asking me if i could walk or need something more. they refunded the swimming session for my dog. but is it worth it comparing that my calf was so swollen and i couldnt drive home further.
